Clients may cancel their course registration at any time prior to the course start date. The following refund terms apply:
Clients may request to reschedule their participation in a future course, subject to availability. Written requests must be submitted at least 15 days prior to the original start date. A rescheduling fee of 15% of the course fee may apply.
